The room was good sized and well-equipped with separate toilet, bathroom, snacks, I felt comfortable there. This was a great location near to lovely river walks as well as car rentals. It also was in late hours from the airport.

The best part were the helpful staff. Its rooms were inviting and quiet. The service provided there was excellent!

Everything met standards and I had a wonderful stay with service above-and-beyond. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a calm area, near the perfect first or last port of call, and banks of the Swan River.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hosts, Evelyn and Terry, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great convenience for us. The accommodation itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a private lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything provided was of high quality, from the comfortable bed to the range of gluten-free breakfast options. We also loved the peaceful location, with the Swan river just a short walk away. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I couldn't recommend this place more and would love to come again. By and large, it was a good choice for sightseeing in Perth. I had so much fun and met friendly staff, who put in great efforts in all respects. The food was excellent with plenty of options. my stay at Ascot On Swan Bed & Breakfast was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was well-suited for exploring Perth, and the friendly staff's efforts made it even more enjoyable. The food options were excellent, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast near the airport. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, providing us with a free pick-up and drop-off service. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was just as impressive and neat. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling. We enjoyed the convenience of being just a few minutes away from the airport and the nearby walks. The host's kindness and consideration truly made our stay memorable.

One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit out of the city, so it might not be ideal if you're looking to explore the city center.

The hosts were both friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The accommodation is very close to the airport with complimentary transport to and from flights which makes it the perfect first or last port of call. I can highly recommend this B&B.

There are not a lot of options for restaurants in the area that are walkable. However, Terry and Evelyn offered to drive us to some nice ones.

I had a fantastic stay at Ascot On Swan. I stayed here for 7 weeks and it was the perfect find for me. The place is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, and breads. Terry and Evelyn were amazing hosts, offering a pick-up and drop-off service to the nearby airport. They even went above and beyond when my luggage was delayed, making the situation less stressful. I will definitely stay here again when I travel from London to Perth.
